Getting to Lefkara

Scheduled service

Route 405 runs between Vavatsinia and the Alampra bus station through Pano Lefkara, Kato Lefkara and Kofinou Station. Some Intercity trips between Nicosia and Larnaca, Limassol or Paralimni call at the Alampra bus station. Cyprus Public Transport’s own timetable, read on 6 October 2026, prints the same departures as the card except on Thursdays, when it lists the weekday departures and the Ministry data has fewer; the card shows both.

  • Route 405 is the only line in this guide that reaches Lefkara.
  • At the Alampra bus station, check whether an Intercity bus connects; the two timetables are separate.
  • Check Cyprus Public Transport’s timetable before travelling; the card comes from the Ministry’s data alone.

Bus lines serving Lefkara

Times and trip counts come from the Ministry of Transport’s open timetable data for the week of 5–11 October 2026. Each card is a line this guide follows between Lefkara and other places on the site. Times are at the Lefkara stop the card names: departures for buses that leave or pass through, arrivals for buses that end there. Operators change timetables by season and on public holidays, so open the operator’s page before you travel.

Cyprus Public Transport's own route 405 page (Larnaca), read on 6 October 2026, prints the same departures on Monday to Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but not on Thursday: its Mon–Thu list is the weekday one (four trips, 07:22–17:52 at Kato Lefkara Square) where the Ministry data runs Thursdays on the Saturday–Sunday list (three trips, 09:35–15:55). The page does not single Thursday out, so check Cyprus Public Transport before relying on a Thursday bus. The Ministry data gives this line the same trips on Thursdays as on Sundays, unlike the other weekdays; the operator has not confirmed this pattern, so check its page before travelling on a Thursday.
